You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever occurs first.

If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return after the product is delivered, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
We currently do not support modifications to items or addresses once an order is placed. If changes are needed, the existing order must be cancelled (if eligible), and a new order should be placed.
