If you need to return an item, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to guide you through the process clearly and efficiently. 

Eligibility for Returns 

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. 
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return. 
  • Return requests must be submitted within  48 hours of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within this timeframe. 
  • Items not meeting the above criteria will not be accepted. 

How to Initiate a Return 

Step 1: Submit a Request 

Email your return request, including your Order ID and the reason for return, to Bytebasixwebsolutionpvtltd@gmail.com. 

Step 2: Provide Supporting Photos 

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photos showing the issue to help us process your request faster. 

Step 3: Follow the Instructions 

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return. 

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not comply with our guidelines. 

Refund Process & Timeline 

After receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within  5–7 business days . 
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed. 

Partial Refunds 

In certain cases where the item partially meets our return requirements (e.g., minor wear, missing packaging), we may issue a  partial refund at our discretion. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please initiate a return request within  48 hours of delivery. 

Include clear photos or videos in your email to help us assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
